* A Payment is considered acceptance of the available dog and an acceptance of this notice.
All payments are forfeit should you change your mind for any reason.

If a Vet check (within 3 days of purchase) reveals disease in the dog you have bought....the Dog must be returned to the breeder by the buyer along with a written statement from the attending Vet for replacement.
A replacement dog when one becomes available is the only option.
Any difference in price will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Under no circumstances will payment be refunded.
